Gunnedah Brain Training
September 5 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am
|Recurring Event (See all)
An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Monday, repeating indefinitely
Brain Training is a social group for older people run by Gunnedah Shire Council in the Gunnedah Shire Library. The group offers a creative and supportive setting to boost brain function. This is done by targeting memory, vocabulary and decision making through games and activities including puzzles, craft, games, mazes and code breaking.
Participants love their weekly catch up with friends and a chance to get creative and test their brains.
Transport to and from the Gunnedah Library is available through GoCo.
Brain training is available to people who are eligible for social groups through My Aged Care.
