Strength and balance exercise classes for older people in the Kootingal community.
GoCo’s weekly exercise classes are delivered by Personal Trainer, Andrew Ryan at Kootingal Moonbi Gym.
Classes focus on health and well being, staying active so that you can maintain your independence.
Regular physical activity promotes healthy lifestyle and social interaction. This program is designed to reduce your risk of falls, heart disease, stroke, diabetes and dementia.
GoCo services are available to people eligible through My Aged Care.
