Brain Training is a social group for older people run by Gunnedah Shire Council in the Gunnedah Shire Library. The group offers a creative and supportive setting to boost brain function. This is done by targeting memory, vocabulary and decision making through games and activities including puzzles, craft, games, mazes and code breaking. A social support group which offer a range of activities, depending on what the group members interests and abilities. A cooked lunch  is provided to as well as transport to and from the centre if required. This group supports participants with mild to moderate dementia.
