GoCo aged care services can be accessed and paid for in a number of ways – from being supported by Commonwealth Home Support Programme services, to using your Home Care Package, paying privately, or even supplementing your care with additional services to ensure you’re receiving the support you require.

Where is GoCo?
GoCo services the New England and North West of New South Wales. Some programs and activities are only available in some locations, however GoCo Home Care Packages are available across the entire region and beyond.

GoCo offers Home Care Packages in the regions around Gunnedah, Tamworth, Barraba, Kootingal, Nundle, Narrabri, Moree and up to the Queensland border at Boggabilla, Quirindi and Werris Creek.

What is a Home Care Package?
A Home Care Package (HCP) is a government-funded service that enables older Australians to continue living independently in the comfort of their own home for as long as possible. There are four Home Care Package levels. Each equates to a different sum of money that’s allocated to you as an annual budget and which goes towards care and services that help you to live well at home. Depending on your requirements and care needs, Home Care Packages can include a wide range of services, and we cover some of these below.
Should you need help to navigate the system, we have a team of carefinders ready to help you access the system. We know that everyone’s situation is different, which is why GoCo CarePartner will work closely with you to understand your unique needs and provide personalised support.

Register with My Aged Care
To register call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or just visit www.myagedcare.gov.au This is the first step towards receiving personalised support.
ACCESS YOUR SERVICES
A My Aged Care Assessor will
discuss our needs with you – either at home or over the phone-to determine the level of care and services you’re eligible for.
WAIT FOR YOUR APPROVAL
After your assessment, you’ll receive confirmation of your Home Care Package funding. This process can take a little time, so we’ll be ready to assist once your package is approved.
Choose GoCo Care as Your Provider
Once your funding is in place, select GoCo Care as your provider. Our team will help you design a care plan that fits your life and supports your independence.
ACCESS YOUR SERVICES
With your funding approved and your plan in place, we’ll help you make the most of your Home Care Package. You’ll have the flexibility to choose services that suit your needs and lifestyle.
Services Available under your level 1 – 4 home care package
Home Care Packages, Level 1 to 4
Packages are tailored to each individual based on your assessed needs and assigned package levels. Some inclusions are:

Short-Term, Basic Home Care Support
Commonwealth Home Support Program
The Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) is an entry-level form of home care funding that aims to help those who need a low level of support to keep living independently at home.
GoCo is funded to deliver the following commonwealth home support services, call us to find out which services we offer in your location
