GoCo CarePartner

GoCo CarePartner helps people navigate the complex aged care system and connect them to the support they need. We know that everyone’s situation is different, which is why GoCo CarePartner will work closely with you to understand your unique needs and provide personalised support.

The service is available to older people who don’t have a support person to help them (e.g. a carer, family member or friend) and who meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Have a cognitive impairment or difficulty processing information
• Are homeless or at risk of homelessness
• Have trouble reading and writing
• Speak English as a second language
• Are resistant to receiving aged care services

At GoCo CarePartner, our mission is to help you access the aged care services you need and connect you with other relevant support within your community. GoCo is funded by the Public Health Network to deliver care finder services to residents in the Gunnedah and Narrabri Shire’s.
