GoCo Partners are an integral

part of GoCo’s service

GoCo Partners assist our team to deliver a range of services and supports, helping our clients to remain independent, well and in their own home for as long as possible. GoCo Partners are an integral part of GoCo’s service delivery across north west NSW.

Our Clients

GoCo services clients across a number of programs including the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, Home Care Packages and Carers Gateway. This means our clients range from older people through to young people with disabilities.

As a GoCo Partner, you would be providing services on our behalf to support our clients to remain independent and well. Depending on the specialty of your business, a GoCo Partner may deliver services ranging from nursing, allied health and domestic assistance through to lawn mowing, home installations or goods and equipment and everything in between.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a GoCo Partner, you will deliver services to our clients in line with the guidelines of each of the above services. GoCo expects Partners to provide services on our behalf in a way that is consistent with:

All relevant GoCo policies and procedures

To be approved as a GoCo Partner

You will be required to provide mandatory documentation as evidence of your suitability. As GoCo is a provider of aged and community care services, we are required to comply with a number of legislative requirements including the Aged Care Quality Standards. Some items you will be required to provide include:

Working Rights documentation

Drivers License

Vehicle Registration

To ensure the delivery of quality service to our clients, GoCo Partners will be expected to work in accordance with specific instructions supplied by our team. You may be provided with a range of information to assist you with providing a superior experience for our clients, these may include:
