After months of hiatus, GoCo this month will recommence its exercise classes for older people across the north west.
GoCo clients have missed their gentle exercise classes over the COVID-19 pandemic, saying that it is the regular physical activity, health benefits and social aspect that has been a gaping hole in their weekly calendar.
Measures have been put in place to minimise risk and keep clients safe as classes recommence, including changes to venues to ensure adherence to the 1 person per 4 square metre rule.
GoCo will recommence exercise classes for existing clients, eligible through My Aged Care:
