This course is for first time parents and/or parents with children aged 0-9 years.
* What questions do we ask of ourselves as parents and what questions do we ask our children, to assist them in the process of their own personal growth and to guide them through the stages of age development.
* What discipline is for and how to use it effectively without guilt and shame so we can promote resilience and assertiveness in children
