GoCo recently announced its new partnership with Rural Fit in the delivery of Gentle Exercise Classes in Gunnedah at our Info Session Event on 21 September 2021.
GoCo is excited to recommence weekly exercise classes:
Tuesday 5th October, 11am at Rural Fit Gunnedah, 28 Chandos St.
GoCo clients are also eligible to attend existing Rural Fit classes at the GoCo subsidised rate on:
Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 10am at Rural Fit Gunnedah.
All clients will receive a complimentary initial assessment and health check from Rural Fit in order to gage your health, fitness and goals and create an individual plan.
Please book your initial assessment directly with Rural Fit by calling 6742 1412 and let them know you are with the GoCo exercise classes.
As always, sign off from your doctor is required prior to commencing exercise classes with GoCo.
Clients are encouraged to book your place in the relevant class with GoCo directly prior to attending.
GoCo Gentle Exercise Classes are available to people who are eligible through My Aged Care.
